Join a team of over 30 dedicated technical staff on a range of major projects including Crown Square in Galway, Project Opera in Limerick, and North Quay in Waterford. As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for the technical, managerial, and commercial aspects of your project, working on the delivery of major structural projects.
- Minimum 5 years postgraduate experience in engineering consultancy.
- Chartered Status with Engineers Ireland or close to applying for chartership.
- A sound understanding of engineering principles and a strong technical focus.
- Excellent conceptual design abilities to provide robust and economical solutions in concrete, steel, timber, and masonry.
- Significant base of IT skills including Structural design software such as Tekla Structural Designer, SCIA, and CADS suite.
- Word, Excel, Power Point, and MS Project.
- Ability to source and use new design software to benefit project work.
You will be working closely in partnership with clients and contractors and other members of design teams, leading by example, and implementing the full Project Delivery Process including GCC Contracts.
