Job Description
We are presently recruiting a Structural Engineer for our clients in Tralee, County Kerry. Working on one of the largest construction projects ever to commence in Kerry, this position will be for roughly 3 years and will require you to work on tasks ranging from design, planning, and overseeing the construction of structural elements in buildings and infrastructure.Responsibilities:Design, plan, and oversee the construction of structural elements in buildings and infrastructure.Perform structural analysis and calculations to ensure safety and stability.Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and reports.Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to integrate structural elements with overall project design.Conduct site inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.Evaluate and recommend materials, methods, and structural systems.Address and resolve any structural issues that arise during construction.Ensure all designs comply with regulations and standards.Qualifications:Minimum 3 years in a similar position.Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.Proven experience in structural engineering and construction projects.Proficiency in structural design software and tools.Salary is based on experience and is open to negotiation.
