Structural Steel Project Manager Kildare Our client based in Naas Co. Kildare are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing structural steel projects from inception to completion. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Project Manager in the structural steel or construction industry within Ireland or the UK Strong understanding of structural steel fabrication and erection processes Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure Knowledge of health and safety regulations in construction Key Responsibilities: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines and resource allocation. Coordinate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Monitor and manage project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet deadlines and budgets. Lead and manage teams, including engineers and site crews. Conduct regular project meetings to review progress and address issues Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure all work meets the highest quality standards and adheres to specifications. Implement and enforce safety protocols on all sites. Prepare and present detailed reports to senior management, including progress and any potential risks Complete Method Statements and Risk Assessments for structural steel installation.
