It is part of BCM Global, a prominent European independent mortgage, real estate, and commercial loan servicer expert in providing innovative financial services.BCMGlobal is a founder signatory of the Women in Finance Charter.The Role and Key ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a motivated individual to join our Structured Finance team, managing a portfolio of Commercial and Corporate loan facilities. You'll play a key role in administering cash distributions, client reporting, and financial covenant testing.Managing assigned loan portfolios and ensuring accurate, timely administrationResponding to client inquiries and maintaining detailed, up-to-date recordsReviewing financial data and identifying variances to ensure compliance with covenantsCollaborating with stakeholders to ensure smooth loan operationsWorking with complex Excel data, performing loan calculations, and preparing reportsMonitoring borrower accounts and ensuring accurate cash flow reconciliationExperience and Requirements2-3 years of financial services experience, with a focus on loan documentationStrong communication skills and a reliable, flexible attitudeProficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel experienceDesirableA third level financial, property or accounting related qualification would be a distinct advantageExperience dealing with Commercial and Corporate loan management and documentation is preferredWhat you can expect from usA fair recruitment process.Working in a friendly environment and being surrounded by amazing talents and personalities.Company matched pension, life assurance, paid maternity, adoption and shared parental leave, paternity pay of two weeks…and plenty more.We are an inclusive employer whose people work collaboratively.
