The team advises a high-tier clientele concerning a diverse array of capital markets and structured finance products, along with associated matters such as CLOs, RMBS, and other securitisation structures.
This includes fund-linked structured products, ETF platforms, repackaging, and debt issuance programmes.
While experience in derivatives is not mandatory, it would be highly appreciated.
