Job Description

Are you a Site Agent (or experienced Sub Agent) looking for a rare Civil Engineering opportunity in Northen Ireland? Are you staying away from home waiting for the right opportunity to come around so you can finally be able to sleep in your own bed each night? Then look no further. My client is a Civil Engineering business based in Northen Ireland, with more upcoming work than expected, they are looking to add a Site Agent (or experienced Sub Agent) to their team who will be based out of the office brought in to help with day-to-day running of projects, technical queries, design issues and management of sub contractors. Roles and responsibilities: Ensuring all site operations are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required specificationManaging subcontractors packages of work and cost Ensuring an engineer or site manager is performing daily site inspections, identifying issues, and implementing corrective measuresEnsuring compliance with project plans, specifications, design, and health and safety regulationsMaintaining accurate and detailed documentation, look-aheads, and reports for the projectLiaising with clients, senior project teams, and other stakeholders to raise any concerns The ideal candidate will have: A degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualificationAbility to display previous experience in a similar role (Tier 1 contractor / major projects experience)SMSTS & CSCSFull UK driving license What you will receive: A highly competitive salaryA desirable accompanying packageA friendly and ethical working environmentA flexible work life balance If this sounds like something of interest, please submit a copy of your CV asap.
