Job Description

The Panel is currently engaged to source a Substantial Shareholder Reporting Analyst on behalf of a reputable Global Asset Manager in Dublin city centre on a 12 Month FTC basis In this role you will be responsible for delivering daily business processes working with the Senior Substantial Shareholder Manager to support in various team initiatives. Your role is part of the Substantial shareholding function and as such, you will be guided in your role by the locally based Substantials Manager who will support directly in your training and development to perform core team processes and other tasks in line with the teams goals and objectives. Responsibilities Reviewsubstantialshareholdingreports Assist with validating and testing the implementation of new rules or changes to current rules Assistwithsubmissionsoffilingreportsacrossallcountriesasrequired Ensuredataintegrityismaintainedbyconductingreconciliationsofholdings,fundsandstaticdata Respondtoenquiriesregardingpublishedsubstantialnotices Delivertimelyandaccuratead-hocreportingtoappropriatestakeholders Manageendofdayhandovertoother global teams teamfordailyBAUtasks Providetimelyandaccuratenotificationtolocalcomplianceteamswhenreportsarerequiredfor submission Providesupporttothesubstantialshareholdingteamasrequired Requirements Experienceinrolesrequiringahighlevelofaccuracy,tightdeliverytimes,competingprioritiesand embedding of controls Excellentattentiontodetailanddocumentationskills Outstandingverbalandwrittencommunicationskills Strongnumeracyandanalyticalskills Adaptabletochangeandworkseffectivelyinanambiguousenvironment;and experienceworkinginaglobalteamthatoperatesacrossmultiplejurisdictions(preferred) Fast learner, adaptable, great attention to details and has confidence in using system platforms to perform daily tasks Asset management experience in any of the following areas will be an advantage, operations, compliance, risk and accounting Minimum intermediate experience in using Office 365 software - in particular SharePoint, Microsoft Teams events, PowerPoint The salary for this role is negotiable depending on experience and includes an excellent benefits package including hybrid work arrangements Please contact Liam Murphy if you meet the key criteria and you wish to apply Skills: Compliance Risk Analysis Funds Benefits: Pension Fund Medical Aid / Health Care Paid Holidays
