About the Role Base Location: Dublin or Belfast Salary: Circa €42,000 (ROI) or Circa £29,000 (NI) depending on skills and experience + performance-related bonus + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing. Working Pattern: 18-month Fixed Term Contract or Secondment | Full Time | Flexible First options available What is the Role? SSE Airtricity are embarking on an exciting transformation programme (Project Keystone) and we're looking for knowledgeable Super Users with experience in one or more of the following functional areas, Credit Control, Accounts Receivable, Sales, Home and Business Moves, Billing and PPM, Marketing & Comms, and Configuration. Experience in the Commercial business space (SME and Major Business) would be beneficial. Our Super Users will work alongside a Product Manager as part of the Keystone implementation team, where you will participate in the design, configuration, and implementation of our new Core Platform solution. In this role you will: - ensure that your business expertise and knowledge of the requirements of the business areas that you support, are fully considered and addressed during all phases of the Programme. - provide a crucial role in the assurance of the Core Platform Solution in relation to the business needs. You will support the development and delivery phases of the solution to ensure that your business colleagues are fully educated and supported in using the system and subsequent business process changes. - support and provide expertise in configuration, testing and training. - represent your business area throughout the life cycle of the Programme and support change management activities as agreed during the detailed planning phase. - actively engage with all staff communities within your business area and act as a conduit for communications and feedback where appropriate and supported by the Super User network. What do I need? To be considered for this role, we would love you to have: - previous experience of working within the utilities industry. - the ability to take ownership of problems / requests and work in a pressurised environment. - excellent time management, communication, influencing and analytical problem-solving skills. - knowledge of all relevant processes and procedures relating to transformation and change with the ability to identify when changes to product services will affect business processes.
