Supermarket Store Manager - Cork Excel Recruitment is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Supermarket Store Manager for our client's supermarket in Cork. Salary: €75k - €80K DOE This manager will should come with 5+ years experience as Store Manager, has managed and lead teams of up to 50 staff and managed sales of over 400k weekly. This is a hands on role, support and lead this store but also come with fresh, new and innovative ideas for expansion. Oversee all aspects of supermarket operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service Manage inventory, including ordering, stock control, and merchandising Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner Develop and implement strategies to increase store sales and profitability Monitor financial performance and prepare reports for senior management Recruit, train, and develop store staff to maintain high standards of performance Ensure the store is clean, well-organised, and adequately staffed at all times Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of experience as a store manager Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Financial acumen and experience in budget management Proactive, results-oriented, and customer-focused approach Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays If you are interested in this Supermarket Store Manager job opportunity in Cork, then please apply to Alan Treacy via the link below.
