Supermarket Store Manager Excel Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Supermarket Store Manager on behalf of our client, an established retailer in Kildare. Salary: €45k - €55k Key Responsibilities of this Store Manager: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store to ensure the highest standards are met. Lead and manage a team of staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment. Ensure excellent customer service is provided by all members of the team. Monitor sales performance, set targets, and ensure KPIs are achieved. Manage inventory levels, oversee ordering, and ensure stock availability. Maintain store presentation and compliance with health, safety, and company standards. Develop and implement plans to drive store profitability and efficiency. Foster relationships with suppliers and negotiate effectively to ensure the best prices. Requirements of this Store Manager: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar retail management role, preferably in a supermarket environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent customer service skills and a passion for retail. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Strong understanding of stock control, cash management, and other key aspects of store operations. Strong communication and organisational skills.
