You will be the ambassador of our brand, ensuring that every customer leaves our stores feeling part of our community. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Brand Experience** * Be an ambassador for the brand, embodying our values and culture * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service * Ascertain customers' needs and wants, meeting their expectations every time * Meet individual and store sales targets by maximising sales opportunities * Deal with customer inquiries and refunds professionally and effectively * **Commercial Awareness** * Stay up-to-date with store and company best sellers, using this knowledge to increase sales opportunities * Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards * Provide customers with information on pricing and product availability * Keep up to date with product information, new line launches, and company promotions * Actively participate in, and support all company incentives to increase sales * Have an awareness of competitor activity and feedback any improvement suggestions or observations to the management team * **Stock Management** * Assist with stock deliveries and stock management * Maintain a fully stocked shop floor * Maintain maximum stock availability through effective stock replenishment techniques * Effectively maintain best practice within your stockroom * Ensure all stock is correctly merchandised and priced in accordance with visual merchandising directives * **People/Store Management** * Support the Store Manager in the running of the store * Support the Store Manager to ensure all store banking and administration is reconciled each day * Support the Store Manager/Retail Director to ensure store operations are in line with brand expectations and company practice * Support and drive the business strategy through strong teamwork * Empower your team to demonstrate initiative, effective problem solving and to actively seek opportunities for development
