Supervise and manage a team of technicians in a fast-paced automotive repair environment, ensuring high-quality service and sales targets are met while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
BestDrive is a leading provider of automotive parts repair and car servicing, with over 30 branches across Ireland. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the Branch Manager and taking full responsibility for the management of the branch in their absence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and actively work on motor vehicles on the workshop floor
- Achieve company and branch objectives and targets
- Ensure all administrative work is conducted in a timely manner
- Record all relevant details on our in-house systems
- Support the Branch Manager as requested, including audits
- Use materials, parts, and equipment in an efficient manner
- Comply with all health and safety procedures
- Maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and customers
- Understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
- Good technical and motor experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership experience
- Driving license essential
- Ability to work a 5/6 day roster
