Job Description
High-volume retail supervisor sought in Galway for a successful big box retail chain with a turnover of €5m+.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and KPIs across the store through mentoring, coaching, and developing a team of 15-20.
- Maintain a strong retail floor presence, educate and influence the store, and ensure back-of-house activities enable commercial execution.
- Analyse sales reports and bestsellers to inform commercial decisions.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries and complaints.
Requirements:
- 2-3+ years of experience in duty or senior assistant store management in grocery, non-food, or high-volume fashion retail.
- Experience leading teams of 15+ and turnovers of €2+ million.
- Passion for driving sales and KPIs.
- Ability to manage and develop large teams and conduct appraisals and monthly reviews.
