Seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead a small team in a retail environment, driving sales and customer satisfaction through exceptional leadership and visual merchandising skills.

- Team Leadership & Management: Lead a small team in one of our instore departments, be a role model for delivering a world-class customer experience, and train your team to consistently deliver this standard.
- Visual Merchandising: Support in delivering meticulous store presentation, taking pride in implementing visual merchandising standards that align with the Sports Direct Brand.
- Sales and Operations: Drive store performance to its maximum potential, lead the team to ensure they're efficient in following best practice to support the delivery of commercial goals and brand knowledge.

Key qualifications and skills include:
- Recent Supervisory experience
- Passion for retail and people
- Confident leader who can motivate and challenge others
- Detail orientated
- Ability to communicate at all levels
