Seeking a Supervisor to lead a team in a retail store, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
Regatta Great Outdoors Ireland is a leading retailer of outdoor clothing and equipment, with a strong presence in Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maximise sales and deliver a fantastic customer service experience
- Sell a range of excellent products to meet customers' individual needs
- Process deliveries, replenish stock, and maintain a well-merchandised store
- Support the store manager in operational requirements and motivate the team
- Deputise for the store manager in their absence

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a retail store is essential
- Experience supervising and motivating team members is beneficial
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
