Seeking a Supervisor to lead a team in a retail store, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
We are Regatta Great Outdoors Ireland, a leading retailer of outdoor clothing and equipment with stores and concessions across Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maximise sales by selling a range of excellent products to meet customers' individual needs
- Deliver a fantastic customer service experience to every customer
- Process deliveries, replenish stock quickly, and keep the store immaculate and well merchandised
- Support the store manager in operational requirements and motivate the team to maintain high standards
- Deputise for the store manager in their absence

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a retail store is essential
- Experience supervising and motivating team members is beneficial
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
