Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and the ability to create a positive experience for both staff and customers. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Bar Manager in daily operations, ensuring the bar runs smoothly and efficiently. Supervise and train bar staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment. Maintain high standards of service and cleanliness, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and effectively. Assist in inventory management, including ordering and stock control. Support the planning and execution of events and promotions to enhance customer engagement. Monitor cash handling procedures and ensure accurate financial reporting. Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere that aligns with The George's values. Qualifications: Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a bar or hospitality setting. Strong understanding of bar operations and beverage service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures.
