Our client is a well-established retailer known for its exceptional customer service and high-quality products. As a Retail Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring a high standard of customer service and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates, managing stock levels, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets. Salary: €30,000 - €33,000 Key Responsibilities of this Supervisor: Supervise and coordinate the activities of store staff, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to company policies. Assist in the training and development of new team members, promoting a positive and productive work environment. Monitor and manage inventory levels, including ordering stock and conducting regular stocktakes. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently. Ensure that the store is maintained to high standards of cleanliness and organization. Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and store performance goals. Support the store manager in various administrative tasks, including scheduling and performance evaluations. Requirements of this Supervisor: Proven experience in a supervisory role within a retail environment. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
