Seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead a small team in a retail environment, driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

As a Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading a team, delivering a world-class customer experience, and driving sales and visual merchandising standards. You'll also be expected to develop your skills and knowledge through our people development offering.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead a small team in one of our instore departments
- Be a role model for the delivery of a world-class customer experience
- Train your team to deliver this consistently
- Create an engaging working environment for colleagues
- Support in delivering meticulous store presentation
- Drive sales and visual merchandising standards
Requirements:
- Recent Supervisory experience
- Passion for retail and people
- Confident leader who can motivate and challenge others
- Detail orientated
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- A desire and hunger to be the best
