Part-time Manager/3rd Key Holder Opportunity at Claire's: Assist Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving retail store targets, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a safe and inviting store environment.
About the Role
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in driving sales and achieving retail store targets.
- Open and close the store in the absence of other management, ensuring safe and legal operation.
- Deliver sales through friendly and efficient customer service.
- Ensure customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Demonstrate Claire's products and assist customers with queries.
- Assist with processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns, and promotions.
- Perform ear piercing duties (full training provided).
- Maintain a presentable and inviting store environment.

Qualifications
- High school diploma required.
- Minimum 1 year retail experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and computer skills.
- Strong customer service skills and understanding of mathematics.
- Ability to stand during scheduled shifts and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Ability to operate POS system.
