Job Description

Primarily responsible for the direction, organization, and supervision of all clean and/or grey utilities maintenance operations and functions; this position is responsible for assisting the Facilities Maintenance Management with the administration of the department, including strategic and budgetary planning, along with the development of new initiatives and the implementation of operational improvements.A typical day might include, but is not limited to, the following:Planning, scheduling and supervision of maintenance, repairs, and modifications to clean and / or grey utilities (WFI, clean steam, compressed air, plant steam, chilled water, etc.)Planning, scheduling & supervision of preventive maintenance work tasksManagement of contract maintenance personnel responsible for repairs and facility modernization to remain compliant with regulatory codesLeading and developing maintenance team members to high performance goals in a highly regulated cGMP environmentComplying with site safety policies and striving to maintain an accident-free environmentMaintaining a clean and safe working environment by enforcing procedures, policies, and regulationsMaintaining company reputation by enforcing compliance with all relevant laws, policies and regulations (FDA, HPRA, HSA, EPA, etc.)Acting as a lead for all Utilities Department regulatory inspectionsMaintaining the physical condition and environment of all areasSupporting TPM throughout the plantTroubleshooting equipment and developing maintenance plansReviewing and reporting on current utility performance and implementing continuous improvement projects and initiatives where opportunities are identifiedCoaching, counselling and managing performance of direct reportsThis role might be for you if:You have a good understanding of utility systems and manufacturing equipmentYou excel in a fast-paced environment, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and on timeYou demonstrate an ability to lead a successful teamTo be considered for this opportunity you should have a Level 6 Certificate in a relevant Engineering Discipline or Relevant National Craft Certificate with 5+ years of experience in a similar position, 3 of which in a supervisory capacity. #J-18808-Ljbffr
