Greenville Deli is seeking an experienced Supervisor with barista experience to join our team in Goatstown.
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, with a competitive hourly rate of €13.50 and opportunities for career growth and development.
We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
Key responsibilities include maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere, contributing to a great overall customer experience, and handling multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Experience as a supervisor is essential.
- Experience as a barista is essential.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- A strong sense of responsibility and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work area.
