**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee and work on vehicle repairs in the workshop.
- Meet branch targets for service, sales, and quality.
- Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time.
- Maintain records in internal systems.
- Support audits and other tasks as needed.
- Use materials and equipment efficiently.
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety procedures.
- Maintain good relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
**Essential Requirements:**
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Valid full driving license.
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
- Solid technical knowledge in motor repairs.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
