The Supervisor will assist the Branch Manager in overseeing daily branch operations, and take full responsibility in their absence. The role involves ensuring the team meets service, sales, and quality goals in a customer-focused environment, while maintaining compliance with company policies, including health and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and work on vehicle repairs in the workshop. Meet branch targets for service, sales, and quality. Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time. Maintain records in internal systems. Support audits and other tasks as needed. Use materials and equipment efficiently. Ensure full compliance with health and safety procedures. Maintain good relationships with colleagues and customers. Adhere to company policies and procedures. Essential Requirements: At least 1 year of supervisory experience. Valid full driving license.
