We have an exciting new position for a Supply Chain Functional Learning Manager to join our team in Dublin.
This position would suit either a seasoned Supply Chain professional or a HR person with strong experience working within a Supply Chain function.
What you'll do:
In this exciting new function, you will manage the Supply Chain functional learning program to meet our strategic objective of having the skill sets required to manage our supply chain future.
You will be responsible for the Supply Chain management organization's body of knowledge, its Eaton university (internal learning platform) curriculum and course materials, our Supply chain governance policies and training events.
Responsibilities:

Identification of critical Supply chain functional competencies
Development and creation of Supply Chain functional learning plan to meet organization skill sets and competency gaps
Execution of functional learning plan working closely and collaboratively with HR and SCM stakeholders
Development of training materials and content working closely and collaboratively with HR and SCM stakeholders
Update and maintenance of training materials and SCM body of knowledge to ensure meets current and future requirements and is up to date
Manage within SCM functional learning budget
Manage SCM governance policies to meet current requirements, update as necessary to stay current working closely with SCM leadership and other stakeholders and subject matter experts
Manage and run Supply chain training events including boot camps and Supplier conference

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
Previous experience working either within a Supply Chain Function or HR focusing on Supply Chain Learning, Development, Policies at a senior level
Ability to manage cross functional teams to deliver extensive training and development programs globally
