Supply Chain & Operations Planner Digital Health Supplements Provider Attractive Salary + Bonus + Benefits Dublin/ Hybrid Our client, one of the leading Health Supplements providers in the UK & Ireland and soon to be Europe, is currently in search of a Supply Chain & Operations Planner to oversee fast-moving operations servicing a fast-growing customer base. We are searching for an outgoing, hardworking, all-around great communicator who cares passionately about the experience their customers receive. You will be joining a passionate and high performing operations team dealing with contract manufacturers, fulfilment partners, pharmacy partners and the customer service team to ensure supply chain is performing at an optimal level. Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain & Operations, you will play a central role enabling Supply Chain & Fulfilment capabilities in working directly with the senior team to address critical business issues. Your Role Support supply chain activities, including planning, procurement, shipping, customs, and warehousing. Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure smooth operations. Manage inbound stock for pharmacies and outbound deliveries to external partners (e.g., Amazon). Ensure supplier service levels and quality meet requirements within lead times. Oversee logistics and procurement functions, including inventory control, distribution, warehousing, and transport. Coordinate procurement and logistics to meet product destination requirements. Manage customer orders, working closely with commercial and NPD teams. Evaluate suppliers, manage procurement bids, and ensure compliance with requirements. Track purchase orders, ensuring delivery aligns with specifications and products meet quality standards. Oversee inventory levels and collaborate with finance on stock reporting. Regularly review procedures to identify improvements and maintain internal controls. Your Skills 3+ years' experience working in a similar supply chain planning role. Understanding on Exports and Imports regulations from and to EU. Experience managing shipping and optimising costs Ideally have worked across consumer health or pharmaceuticals with an understanding of GDP regulations/ working within regulated business in Ireland or the EU. Allows data to inform decisions, analytical and competent excel skills Strong problem solving & numeracy skills Highly organised with an analytical and process driven mindset Excellent spoken & written communication skills Ability to take a proactive attitude and work under pressure to tight deadlines Strong "customer focus" and cross-cultural communication skills.
