**Supply Chain Planner Role** We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Planner to manage production and material planning for multiple product lines, ensuring timely delivery and inventory management. **Job Description** As a Supply Chain Planner, you will be responsible for: * Planning, scheduling, and monitoring the movement of materials through the production cycle * Determining material requirements from engineering and production schedules * Coordinating the efficient movement of materials with purchasing, production, and engineering * Managing work to predetermined metrics and individual goals * Partnering with the procurement team to support material requirements and inventory management * Interacting with various teams, including manufacturing, sales, quality, and engineering * Reviewing on-time delivery reports and coordinating with Operations to ensure 100% on-time delivery * Communicating with Customer Service on line issues affecting customer requirements * Attending to inquiries regarding input allocation, capacity requirements, and delivery performance * Reviewing goals, objectives, and quality standards with senior manager **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (Supply Chain, Business, Engineering) * 2+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing and material planning role * Experience with ERP systems, such as Microsoft's AX2009 and AX2012, is desirable * Essential skills include: + Ability to work independently to achieve targeted goals + Problem-solving and collaboration skills + Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) + Experience with Share Point is an advantage * Self-motivated and eager to learn new skills, with a flexible and team-oriented approach **Benefits** * Medical aid/health care * Pension * Stock options * Hybrid working arrangement
