Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sales, production, and logistics teams to align supply with demand and optimize inventory levels.
• Conduct root cause analysis on demand fluctuations and recommend improvements to forecasting processes.
• Generate weekly supply plans and coordinate with production teams to ensure material availability and timely replenishment.
• Identify and mitigate supply risks, maintaining continuity of supply and optimal stock levels across all locations.
• Implement inventory strategies to reduce excess stock, prevent stockouts, and improve inventory accuracy.
• Track and analyze key supply chain metrics such as service levels, forecast accuracy, and lead times.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders on supply chain planning issues.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to manage shipping schedules and resolve delivery challenges.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain planning, demand forecasting, and inventory management.
• Proficiency in supply chain planning software (Anaplan, SAP, Oracle, JDA, Kinaxis) and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong data analysis, trend identification, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a strong focus on team collaboration.
• High level of accuracy in forecasting and reporting.
