Supply Chain Systems Business Analyst

Solventum is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Systems Business Analyst to support the Advanced Wound Therapy (AWT) portfolio within our Medical/Surgical Division.

• Develop business intelligence capabilities within our global supply chain systems.
• Provide automated data solutions to global users.
• Maintain business intelligence systems by partnering with IT, monitoring automated processes, identifying data discrepancies, and rapidly resolving issues.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing business intelligence capabilities within our global supply chain systems.
• Providing automated data solutions to global users.
• Maintaining business intelligence systems by partnering with IT, monitoring automated processes, identifying data discrepancies, and rapidly resolving issues.
• Building expertise in Business Intelligence systems by providing education and training on data management and visualization tools.
• Investigating process and data gaps within the business intelligence systems, determining root cause, and analyzing options to mitigate risk.
• Handling non-routine and difficult inquiries by adapting differing techniques and methods to develop solutions for a variety of complex issues.
• Applying analytical skills for analysis and interpretation of trends or data generated by company reporting systems, statistical results, or other information collection systems.
• Establishing and tracking metrics to measure the health of our supply chain systems.
• Creating opportunities and innovative solutions to improve the end user experience of our supply chain teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business, Statistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• 5 years of relevant work experience in business intelligence, supply chain, or operations in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• Basic SQL development capabilities.
• Experience working with ERP, MRP II, MRP, SCP, APS, or DRP systems.
