Supply Chain Systems Business Analyst

**Job Description**
As a Supply Chain Systems Business Analyst, you will be responsible for developing business intelligence capabilities within our global supply chain systems. You will provide automated data solutions to global users, maintain business intelligence systems, and build yourself as a subject matter expert on Business Intelligence systems.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Develop business intelligence capabilities within our global supply chain systems
• Provide automated data solutions to global users
• Maintain business intelligence systems by partnering with IT, monitoring automated processes, identifying data discrepancies, and rapidly resolving issues
• Build yourself as a subject matter expert on Business Intelligence systems by providing education and training on data management and visualization tools
• Investigate process and data gaps within the business intelligence systems, determine root cause, and analyze options to mitigate risk
• Handle non-routine and difficult inquiries by adapting differing techniques and methods to develop solutions for a variety of complex issues
• Apply analytical skills for analysis and interpretation of trends or data generated by company reporting systems, statistical results, or other information collection systems
• Establish and track metrics to measure the health of our supply chain systems
• Create opportunities and innovative solutions to improve the end user experience of our supply chain teams
**Requirements**
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business, Statistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
• 4+ years of Business, Statistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field experience
• 5 years of relevant work experience in business intelligence, supply chain, or operation in a private, public, government, or military environment
• Basic SQL development capabilities
• Experience working with ERP, MRP II, MRP, SCP, APS, or DRP systems
• Additional qualifications:
+ Experience developing analytical reports using Power BI or related BI system
+ Strong analytical skills with experience in visual display, reporting to senior leadership and influencing the outcome
+ Ability to establish and maintain effective interpersonal working relationships with internal customers, internal/external suppliers, and fellow team members at all levels
+ Intense curiosity and passion for business processes and system utilization
+ Experience using Oracle, ASCP, SAP, or SO99+
