Supply Finance Manager - Beer Projects

Diageo seeks a Supply Finance Manager to lead global beer projects, overseeing large-scale projects from conception to implementation, working closely with cross-functional teams and senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Plan and lead project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking expenses.
• Financial Analysis: Understand financial documents, cost-benefit analysis, and return on investment (ROI) assessments.
• Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with collaborators, including finance teams, senior management, and external vendors.
• Excel and Financial Modelling: Advanced level financial modelling.
• Report Writing and Presentation Skills: Craft clear and detailed financial reports and project updates for partners.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of proven experience in project management, finance, or similar fields.
• Consistent track record of influencing and driving functional leadership teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey data-driven insights to a diverse audience.
