Supply Finance Manager- Beer Projects Fixed Term Contract- 12 months

In this role, you will take a lead role in Diageo's Global beer projects and will lead and handle large-scale CAPEX projects from conception through to implementation, working closely with cross-functional teams and senior management.
**Top Accountabilities:**
* Budgeting & Forecasting: ability to plan and lead project's financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking expenses.
* Financial Analysis: understanding of financial documents, cost-benefit analysis, and return on investment (ROI) assessments.
* Stakeholder Management: managing relationships with collaborators, including finance teams, senior management, and external vendors.
* Excel and Financial modelling: advanced level financial modelling.
* Report Writing and presentation skills: crafting clear and detailed financial reports and project updates for partners.
* Leadership Capabilities: win through execution, shape the future, inspire through purpose, and invest in talent.
**Ideal Qualifications & Capabilities:**
* +3-5 years of proven experience in project management, Finance or similar fields.
* Consistent track record of influencing and driving functional leadership teams.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey data-driven insights to a diverse audience.
* CIMA/CA qualified preferred.
