The Role: As a Surgical Sales Specialist, you'll begin by supporting surgeons in theatre, becoming an expert in the company's range of advanced surgical devices. Your journey includes: Shadowing and Training: Approximately 3 months of shadowing a senior team member, receiving 1-to-1 training, and attending overseas training with the manufacturers. Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of top-tier surgical devices and how to support medical professionals in their use. Gradual Transition to Sales: After 9-12 months, you will transition into a commercially focused role, mastering sales techniques and becoming a Territory Manager, with an emphasis on business development. Highly Sought-After Candidates: Candidates with backgrounds as physiotherapists or those with a qualification in anatomy and 3+ years of experience will be highly sought after for this position. Your deep understanding of the human body, hands-on healthcare experience, and familiarity with medical environments make you an ideal fit for this role, especially in supporting surgeons during procedures.
