Medical Device Sales Specialist
Seeking a highly motivated individual with a background in healthcare or anatomy to support surgeons in theatre and develop a deep understanding of top-tier surgical devices.
About the Role
- Shadowing and Training: Approximately 3 months of shadowing a senior team member, receiving 1-to-1 training, and attending overseas training with the manufacturers.
- Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of top-tier surgical devices and how to support medical professionals in their use.
- Gradual Transition to Sales: After 9-12 months, you will transition into a commercially focused role, mastering sales techniques and becoming a Territory Manager, with an emphasis on business development.
Requirements
- NFQ Level 8 (Honours Bachelor Degree) in healthcare, anatomy, physiotherapy, engineering, business, or science fields
- 3+ years in healthcare, B2 B sales/marketing, or a related industry
- Problem-solving mindset, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a drive to succeed in medical sales
What We Offer
- Salary: €45,000 - €55,000 plus bonus
