As a Surgical Sales Specialist, you'll begin by supporting surgeons in theatre, becoming an expert in the company's range of advanced surgical devices.
Your journey includes:
Shadowing and Training: Approximately 3 months of shadowing a senior team member, receiving 1-to-1 training, and attending overseas training with the manufacturers.
Product Expertise:
Develop a deep understanding of top-tier surgical devices and how to support medical professionals in their use.
Gradual Transition to Sales:
After 9-12 months, you will transition into a commercially focused role, mastering sales techniques and becoming a Territory Manager, with an emphasis on business development.
Highly Sought-After Candidates:
Candidates with backgrounds as physiotherapists or those with a qualification in anatomy and 3+ years of experience will be highly sought after for this position.
Your deep understanding of the human body, hands-on healthcare experience, and familiarity with medical environments make you an ideal fit for this role, especially in supporting surgeons during procedures.

Looking For:
Educational Background:
NFQ Level 8 (Honours Bachelor Degree) in healthcare, anatomy, physiotherapy, engineering, business, or science fields Experience: 3+ years in healthcare, B2 B sales/marketing, or a related industry Skills:
Problem-solving mindset, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a drive to succeed in medical sales What You'll Receive: Salary: €45,000 - €55,000 plus bonus Benefits: Pension scheme, company car, and 23 days of holiday (+ bank holidays)
