As Sustainability and Product Regulatory Compliance Counsel, you will be the lead counsel on sustainability regulations around the globe including the EU, Switzerland, and the United States. You will also be a part of a team responsible for advising on worldwide hardware product regulatory compliance matters in the areas of electromagnetic compatibility, radio frequency, safety, energy efficiency and environmental for Logitech’s product lines. Among your responsibilities will be: Partner closely with product regulatory compliance and sustainability teams and business partners to advise on worldwide technical product and component compliance regulation requirements and issues in the areas of electromagnetic compatibility, radio frequency, safety, energy efficiency and environmental. Track emerging worldwide product, environmental and sustainability regulation changes for products and components. Assess regulatory requirements impacting product and components and communicate requirements and impacts to various business teams. Lead and coordinate responses from various cross-functional teams on new and existing regulations. Lead sustainability compliance and reporting. Assess and assist in the development of compliance tools, processes, policies, etc. Qualifications 8+ years of relevant legal experience in sustainability and product compliance. In depth knowledge about worldwide technical product regulations, certification schemes, etc. in electromagnetic compatibility, radio frequency, safety, energy efficiency and environmental areas. Strong analytical skills in technical and environmental regulations. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills. Robust experience guiding clients with clear, practical, and actionable advice. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Ability to engage cross-functional teams to proactively identify legal issues and develop solutions to help achieve business objectives across multiple jurisdictions.
