Job Summary: Lead Sustainability Executive role at CJK, a leading M&E contractor, to drive sustainable practices, develop initiatives, and ensure environmental compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
Develop and implement sustainability strategy, collaborating with departments to integrate sustainable practices.
Collect, analyze, and report on sustainability metrics and KPIs.
Engage with stakeholders to promote sustainability initiatives and work with suppliers to ensure sustainable procurement practices.
Develop and deliver training programs to raise awareness about sustainability issues.
Manage sustainability projects from inception to completion, monitoring budgets and resources.
Conduct research on sustainability trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or related field.
2+ years of experience in a sustainability role or similar.
Strong understanding of sustainability concepts, environmental regulations, and compliance requirements.
Experience with sustainability reporting frameworks, data analysis, and reporting tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
