Role Overview: Our client, a leading organization in the environmental services industry, is looking for a Sustainability Lead to drive their sustainability efforts. This role will focus on providing education on sustainable practices to both clients and internal teams. The Sustainability Lead will play a critical role in advancing the companys and clients' sustainability goals while ensuring compliance with Irish and EU environmental standards. Key Responsibilities: Client Onboarding Client Solutions: Collaborate with clients to identify challenges Monitoring & Reporting: Track and report progress New Customer support and Retention New Client Support: Assist in onboarding large new clients, ensuring they adopt best practices Ongoing Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients through regular site visits and suggesting improvements. Onsite Training & Education Training Development: Design training materials for clients to improve practices. Training Sessions: Establish and maintain a training schedule with key clients Internal Knowledge Sharing: Provide training to Sales and Customer Service teams on sustainability Content Creation: Develop blogs and promotional content focused on sustainability Case Study Development Customer Success Stories: Compile case studies from successful waste segregation initiatives to use as educational and promotional resources. Customer-Facing Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building skills to work with a variety of audiences, from executives to hands-on staff. Hands-On Approach: Willingness to work on-site with clients in various environments. Sustainability Passion: Commitment to sustainability and helping clients achieve their environmental goals. Organizational Skills: Proficient in managing schedules and conducting regular client visits throughout the Greater Dublin Area.
