Lead a Sustainability Project Manager to implement Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) project for a major public sector organisation, ensuring compliance with European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) and driving impactful sustainability initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of the CSRD project, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with the ESRS framework.
- Analyse data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement in sustainability practices.
- Prepare compelling sustainability reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to build strong relationships and support regulatory reporting frameworks.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualification in Sustainability, Business, or related field, with experience in project delivery and data analysis.
- At least 5 years commercial experience in Project Management, PMO, Business Analysis, Operations, or Change Management positions.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Project Management qualification, e.g., Prince II, PMP.
- Analytical, strong Excel, and reporting skills.
- Strong understanding of sustainability concepts and regulations.
