About the Role: Join us as a Sustainability Project Manager, where you'll lead the implementation of our Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) project. You'll ensure compliance with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), tackle identified gaps, and integrate solutions into our implementation roadmap. To be successful in the role you will be accountable for: Driving the delivery of the Sustainability Strategy, emphasising our commitment to being a Responsible and Sustainable Insurer Leading the CSRD project to ensure timely delivery and compliance with the ESRS framework, and effectively implementing the project roadmap Analysing data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement in sustainability practices Preparing compelling sustainability reports and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders Collaborating with business stakeholders, including the Leadership Team and Heads of Functions, to build strong relationships and support regulatory reporting frameworks What we're looking for: Relevant qualification in Sustainability, Business, or related field, with experience in project delivery and data analysis Strong understanding of sustainability concepts and regulations; experience in sustainability programmes is a plus but passion is essential Proven ability to lead projects, engage stakeholders and drive change What youll get: Opportunity to Lead and drive impactful sustainability initiatives and shape the future of our Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) project Demonstrate and enhance your expertise in data analysis and reporting through impactful sustainability reports and insights Enhancing your skills in sustainability and project management Work with a dynamic team and build strong relationships with key stakeholders and industry experts Hybrid Model 2 days in office - 3 days at home.
