Job Description
We are seeking Swim Teachers to join our team at First Swim, Ireland's only purpose-built baby & toddler swim school.
Key Responsibilities:
- To teach the First Swim baby & toddler syllabus
- To prioritize class tasks and manage time flow in the pool effectively
- To ensure a safe, secure and healthy environment for parents and children
- To prepare and plan lessons in advance of classes
- To consistently use positive reinforcement ensuring both parent & child are given your full attention
- To act as a First Swim ambassador representing the company in a positive and professional manner
Requirements:
- To have a passion for teaching babies and toddlers
- Strong communication skills, works well with others and as part of a team with a positive attitude
- Minimum Level 1 rating required
- Advanced Baby & Toddler Swim Teacher training is provided
- Up to date First Aid qualification and Safeguarding training can be provided
- Garda vetting required
