Job Description
A fantastic opportunity to join the team at Mount Wolseley Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort as Switchboard Operator. This role reports directly into the Sales Manager.
This role might be something we would consider as a part time role, we would require availability early evenings up to 7pm which would allow for a later start time each day. This role would require weekend availability each weekend- Ideally 5 day week Wednesday to Sunday inclusive.

Specific Duties
- To carry out all duties in line with departmental Standards Manual (Leading Quality Assurance).
- Provide a channel for communication within the hotel to effectively deal with all telephone and email enquiries in a professional and courteous manner;
- To be fully aware of any menu updates, hotel promotions, corporate promotions or special events ;
- To liaise with other departments to ensure that all guest requests are attended to efficiently.
- To assist guests with checking into and out of the hotel in a timely manner
- To answer guest queries in person, over the phone or via email
- To ensure that all guests requests are completed
General responsibilities:
To have strong product knowledge of all areas of the hotel;
To accept a flexible work schedule necessary for uninterrupted service to Hotel guests and to maintain flexibility within teams;
To comply with the hotel's cash handling procedure.
