**IT Applications Analyst Position** The IT Applications Analyst will be responsible for the configuration, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing support of various IT applications and systems. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate with business departments and stakeholders to gather and implement requirements and enhancement requests for various applications * Provide SME support and work closely with cross-functional departments on projects to enhance system functionality and solve emergent issues * Coordinate with other IT Application team members to administer and support production systems in an efficient and compliant manner * Handle IT Application documentation tasks, including converting user requirement specifications to a detail design specification, creating configuration test plans, and compiling summary reports * Configure reports (tabular, trend, and labels) and process IT Applications change control requests * Collaborate with IT developers, IT analysts, and business users to understand requirements and assist in the design of solutions to meet those requirements * Provide end-user support for IT Applications, including troubleshooting problems at the application, server, and infrastructure level * Participate in or lead IT Applications systems security access and periodic audit trail reviews * Perform recurring system administrative tasks and assist with the maintenance of existing AWS infrastructure * Write and execute queries against large-scale enterprise-level databases **Requirements:** * BS/BA in Information Technology or minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience * Strong analytical and organizational skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team **About Regeneron:** Regeneron is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to providing a comprehensive benefits package, including health and wellness programs, fitness centers, equity awards, annual bonuses, and paid time off for eligible employees at all levels. **We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Applications Analyst to join our team.** If you have a passion for technology and enjoy driving creative solutions, we encourage you to submit your application.
