Job Description

Job Summary: The IT Applications Analyst will be responsible for configuring, implementing, maintaining, and supporting various IT applications and systems. Key responsibilities include coordinating with business departments and stakeholders, gathering and implementing requirements and enhancement requests, providing SME support, and coordinating with other IT Application team members to administer and support production systems.


  • Coordinating with business departments and stakeholders to gather and implement requirements and enhancement requests

  • Providing SME support and working closely with cross-functional departments on projects to enhance system functionality and solve emergent issues

  • Coordinating with other IT Application team members to administer and support production systems

  • Handling IT Application documentation tasks including converting user requirement specifications to detail design specifications and creating configuration test plans

  • Configuring reports and processing IT Applications change control requests

  • Collaborating with Validation and Quality departments to ensure IT Applications are implemented following the software development life cycle

  • Providing end-user support for IT Applications and troubleshooting problems at the application, server, and infrastructure level

  • Participating or leading IT Applications systems security access and periodic audit trail reviews

  • Performing recurring system administrative tasks and assisting with the maintenance of existing AWS infrastructure

  • Writing and executing queries against large-scale enterprise-level databases


This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy collaborating with a team and working independently to develop solutions to complex problems. Strong analytical and organizational skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills, are required. A BS/BA in Information Technology or minimum 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
