Job Description
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and work independently to develop solutions to complex IT problems. Drive creative mindset and design, implement, and modify code or configuration.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating with business departments and stakeholders
- Implementing requirements and enhancement requests for various applications
- Providing SME support and working closely with cross-functional departments
- Coordinating with other IT Application team members to administer and support production systems
- Handling IT Application documentation tasks
- Configuring reports and processing change control requests
- Collaborating with developers, analysts, and business users to understand requirements
- Providing end-user support for IT Applications
- Participating or leading systems security access and periodic audit trail reviews
Requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
