Realtime recruitment is seeking a skilled Applications Analyst for a permanent position based in Carlow. Please note, 3 days on-site in the Carlow based office is required. You, along with your team, will focus on supporting existing business systems, collaborating and supporting business units through business analysis, process improvement initiatives, and project managing systems implementation. The Applications suite consists of over 35 business systems including bespoke, package and SaaS applications. The successful applicant will be responsible for both the identification and analysis of business requirements and the design, integration, delivery, enhancement and support of ICT application solutions, including project management. Responsibilities: - Work with business units to understand and improve their performance through Process Improvement and Information and Communication Technologies - Identify user requirements for Application Solutions - Ensure that chosen solutions are successfully integrated with other systems and platforms - Oversee and manage UAT. - Project manage the solution implementation. This includes communications, planning, budgeting, procurement and vendor management. - Manage the on-going support and enhancement of a number of application systems, including vendor management. Requirements: - Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar - 2 years' experience in end to end Business Systems - PRINCE2 or Business Analysis certification - Experience of working with enterprise systems (Microsoft 365/Microsoft Dynamics, CRM/Finance) - Skilled in the following areas: Business Analysis, Applications Development, IT Project Management, Applications Testing - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Nice to have: - Experience of working SQL Server and/or Oracle databases - Experience of implementing web applications in a Windows environment - Strong Procurement and Vendor Management Skills - Experience of working in an agile environment To hear more about this opportunity, contact Sue on or email your CV to Skills: System Analyst
