Job Description
Join our Device OS team to create innovative consumer electronics. As a Systems Development Engineer II, you will build and deliver scalable cloud services for millions of devices. Implement cost optimization, manage availability, latency, and performance, and build automation to prevent problem recurrence. Work closely with Platform and application teams to ensure high quality deliverables. Key qualifications include extensive experience in Dev Ops/SRE roles and meeting Sys Dev guidelines.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Implement initiatives for complex cloud technology solutions
Drive cost optimization across various AWS environments
Manage availability, latency, and performance of mission-critical services
Build automation to prevent problem recurrence
Participate in reviewing capacity planning, sizing, and optimization of the Cloud platform
**What You'll Do:**
Contribute to building and delivering T1 cloud services for Device OS
Work on technical initiatives that drive cost optimization and quality
Collaborate with Platform and application teams to ensure high quality deliverables
Implement automation to prevent problem recurrence
**Who We're Looking For:**
Engineers with extensive experience in Dev Ops/SRE roles
Meeting Sys Dev guidelines
Hands-on experience designing and implementing quality platforms
Strong technical skills in cloud services and AWS environments
Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills
