Job Summary: Dedicated System Engineer Infrastructure to support and implement global systems infrastructure in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Showcased technical and organizational skills as part of a small team on the forefront of IoT technologies.
Responsibilities: Design and support global IT infrastructure including VMWare, Operating Systems, storage, Backups, and Servers.
- Capacity management of compute and storage infrastructure.
- Communicate with internal and external customers and vendors to ensure a resilient and scalable network infrastructure.
- Conscious of security at all layers.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and technical personnel during project phases.
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for incidents and liaise with manufacturer TAC support teams.
Requirements: 5 years experience with VMware, Linux, and Windows Server operating systems. Solid understanding of cloud network technologies and ability to provide synergy between traditional and IaaS architectures. Telecom experience preferred. Excellent documentation skills and commitment to provide a high quality professional service.
