Systems Development Engineer
This role is located in Dublin, Ireland.
You will collaborate with senior software engineers to drive improvements to our technology, operate and maintain services and software solutions, and build and track metrics to ensure high quality results.
Your solutions will help provide the ultimate customer service experience needed to anticipate and resolve customer questions using an automated assistant.
You will have the opportunity to work with business partners, leadership and other engineers, influence and drive product vision and lead the design of our systems.
- Diagnose and fix production software issues
- Develop monitoring solutions
- Perform software maintenance and configuration
- Implement fixes for internally developed code
- Debug and execute persistence solutions queries
- Update, track and resolve technical challenges

A strong background in software development with experience in identity directory systems architecture is essential.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
A successful track record of delivering large-scale engineering solutions is required.
The desire and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment is crucial.
Key Requirements:
- Experience programming with at least one modern language
- Non-internship professional software development experience
- Experience designing or architecting new and existing systems
- Administrative experience in networking, storage systems, operating systems and hands-on systems engineering experience
- Knowledge of systems engineering fundamentals
- Experience with PowerShell (preferred), Python, Ruby, or Java
- Experience working in an Agile environment using the Scrum methodology
