The Brothers of Charity Services Ireland Clare Region provide a range of day, residential, respite and individual supports to 380 people with intellectual Disabilities. We are seeking a Systems Training Officer to lead the rollout and training efforts for OLIS/OLIS Docs and client systems across our frontline services in Clare. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering training for ICT systems and a passion for empowering staff through clear, practical, and impactful learning experiences. You will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure an effective training experience, helping staff understand and adopt the solution and its various modeles. Location: Ennis Hours: 35 hours per week Annual Leave: 28 days per annum Remuneration: € 49,702 - €59,457 per annum Tenure: Full Time Permanent Qualifications: Have a relevant third level qualification (Certificate/Diploma/Degree) and/or relevant experience in Health systems, Information Management, Business Systems or equivalent. Desirable: Level 7 or Level 8, Health systems, Information Management, Business Systems or equivalent Experience: Have a minimum of three years work experience and in particular a track record on Team Working, Leadership of Projects, and working collaboratively with others to reach targets in a timely manner. The role of the Systems Training Officer is to; Become proficient with the Client Services system (OLIS) and the associated Document Management system (OLIS DOCs) and the workflow of documents through the system. Become familiar with the service locations and create a project plan to cover these locations in consultation with the Service Management Leads. Work closely with the local BOCSI files office in ensuring a clear understanding of the correct documentation practices and processes. Work closely with the local ICT team to order and install scanners/printers or other peripheral devices. Research, create and refine training material including videos, slide decks and manuals. Deliver in person training to cover all service locations. Deliver online training one to one and to large groups. Report regularly to senior management and the Project Management Group on the status of the project. Take feedback from training audience and constantly improve training material. Implement regular quality assurance checks to ensure correct processes are being used. Working knowledge of health care records is desirable. Monitor and implement good practices across the document management process. Travel to and support multiple sites across the region. Capture and document user feedback and present it to the project steering group.
